On August 27, 2024, the National Development Company held a lecture titled "Too Blessed to be Stressed" as part of its Health & Wellness Program and the Gender and Development (GAD) Focal Point System (GFPS) activities. This lecture on stress management in the workplace, held at the ABB Hall in the NDC Building, Makati City, encouraged all NDC personnel to attend and participate. The initiative aimed to help employees alleviate stress and equip them with effective strategies for managing it both inside and outside the workplace.
The guest speaker was Mr. Constancio Paubsanon Jr., a dynamic professional with expertise in psychological services and mental health advocacy from the National Center for Mental Health (NCMH). Such initiatives foster a supportive work environment by promoting mental well-being, improving productivity, and encouraging open discussions about stress and mental health challenges in the workplace.
